On the morning of the 24th, Han Zhongqing, chairman of Yunnan Real Estate Association, first gave a welcome speech and introduced the current situation of Yunnan real estate development to the participants.   On the afternoon of the 24th, Wang Wei, chairman of Shanghai Yangtze Building Intelligent Systems Co., Ltd., Liu Bian, general manager of Haier Home, and Changjiang Jiacheng, director of Wangping Management Group, and other entrepreneurs analyzed their business ideas from different perspectives. Special sessions were set up at the meeting, and speeches were made on the issues affecting the development and efficiency of enterprises, such as the analysis of the impact clauses on real estate in Article 60 of the Third Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee Reform Decision, the overall solution for the industrialization of finished real estate, and the supply chain management and optimization of real estate enterprises.

On the morning of the 25th, Liu Hongyu, director of the Real Estate Research Institute of Tsinghua University, Song Yanqing, deputy secretary-general of the China Housing Association Economic Management Committee and consultant president of Rand, Han Meng, chairman of the BRICS Investment Corporation, and Xue Feng, Dean of the First Design Institute of China Construction Corporation, discussed and exchanged views on the development trend and management experience.

     The conference also announced the establishment of the China Real Estate Managers'Association. Liu Zhifeng was the general adviser to the China Real Estate Managers' Association, Liang Shangyan was the executive chairman of the association, and Wang Huimin was the Secretary-General of the association. Wang Huimin said that the establishment of China Real Estate Managers'Association is not only a platform for real estate managers to share experience, mutual benefit of resources and energy cohesion, but also a stage to recommend human capital and enhance managers' social value.
